My Plan is for you. As a Health Share member, you can use My Plan to securely access your plan information, show your ID card to get care, and view your account details. With My Plan, you have access to your account whenever you want.
For urgent care,
call your primary care provider 24 hours/day
Urgent issues include severe flu, fever, minor cuts and injuries, or other health issues that cannot wait for a regular appointment.
In an emergency,
call 911 or go to the hospital
Emergency issues include chest pain or heart attack, broken bones, major bleeding, mental health crisis (like feeling out of control) that could harm you or someone else.
